The ideal candidate profile is meant to be INTERNAL. It is a tool to orient yourself on the type of person you want to hire.

Treat this as a brainstorm. Along the entire hiring process - keep coming back to this profile and check if your candidates match most of these qualities. Don’t ask for the moon or you’ll be really disappointed. Instead identify the top 2-3 hard and soft skills you absolutely need. You also don’t need to write out all your interview questions in this step - but you might have an important question that you want to think about early on.
