Use this template to prep information for yourself right before the interview and also to take notes during the meeting. This will also help you ask specific questions during the interview. I suggest you make this template look the way you want and then duplicate it for each candidate. So you should have a ONE SHEET for every candidate.

Use the rubric to score the candidate in different categories. There are suggestions, but you can edit to suit your needs. At the end of your interview, tally up their score and make quick notes on your gut reaction. This will help you sort through candidates to pick your final options.
